Terms & Conditions — The Dharamshala Convergence (November 2025)

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable booking fee of ₹15,000 per person is required to confirm your space.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full (either in one or two parts) by September 15, 2025.

  • All applicable discounts (Early Bird, Companion, Group) apply only if the booking fee is paid before August 15, 2025.

  • Payment plans must be completed by the final due date. Late or incomplete payments may result in cancellation without refund.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable. However, in case of genuine emergencies, we may consider transferring your spot to another participant (subject to approval).

  • No refunds will be issued for any participant who chooses to leave the convergence early or misses any portion of the experience.

3. Travel & Accommodation

  • Participants are responsible for arranging and funding their own travel to and from Dharamshala.

  • Airport/station pick-up and drop are included from specified locations only (TBD in October).

  • Accommodation will be provided on a shared basis unless specified otherwise. Special requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

4. Meals

  • All breakfasts, dinners, and specified lunches are included.

  • Additional meals/snacks, dietary supplements, or beverages are not covered.

5. Health & Safety

  • By registering, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in this experience, which may involve hiking, sitting through ceremonies, and emotional integration work.

  • You are responsible for your own medical insurance and health needs.

  • Any injuries or illnesses incurred during the convergence are at the participant’s own risk and responsibility.

6. Code of Conduct

  • All participants are expected to uphold the sanctity of this space by respecting the land, facilitators, local culture, and fellow Emissaries.

  • Disruptive behavior, breach of confidentiality, or lack of commitment to the energetic work may lead to being asked to leave the gathering.

7. Children

  • Children aged 10+ are welcome, provided they are accompanied by a responsible guardian.

  • Parents are fully responsible for managing their child’s behavior, participation, and safety during the convergence.

8. Confidentiality & Sharing

  • Participants may not record, distribute, or publicly share any part of the convergence (rituals, transmissions, grid coordinates, etc.) without written permission.

  • Sharing of experiences is welcome, but sensitive details of other participants' journeys must remain confidential.

9. Weather & Grid Point Changes

  • The flow of grid work is dynamic and responsive to Earth’s intelligence.

  • We reserve the right to shift or adjust the day-wise schedule, timings, or locations as guided by the land, weather, and energetic alignment.

10. Legal

  • By registering, you acknowledge that Soulcrafted and its affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or delays that arise due to natural events, transportation issues, or personal choices.
