1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the website and clients of our services. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered
We offer a  variety of services, including but not limited to individual sessions, workshops, and group programs. All services are designed for personal development and wellness. The services provided are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

3. Assumption of Risk:  The offline programs - Workshop sand retreats involve physical activities such as yoga, meditation, and sound bath, which may carry inherent risks. By participating, you agree to voluntarily assume any and all risks associated with these activities, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, property damage, or emotional distress.

4. Client Responsibility - Health and Medical Conditions
You confirm that you are in good health and are physically capable of participating in the offerings. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations, you agree to inform the organizers before the start of the Workshop. You acknowledge that the Workshop is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare provider before engaging in any new physical activities, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, or have any underlying medical conditions.

5. Payment and Pricing
Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of any service. Prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice. No refunds will be given once payment is made, as outlined in our No Refund Policy.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations:

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once registration is completed. However, in the event of cancellation of the Workshop by the organizers (due to unforeseen circumstances), participants will be offered a full refund or an option to attend a rescheduled event.

 

7. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our services. By participating, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of our services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Waiver of Liability: 

By attending the Workshop, you release, waive, and hold harmless the organizers, instructors, and venue from any liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, property damage, or losses, regardless of the cause. You agree that participation is at your own risk.

9. COVID-19 and Infectious Diseases: 

You agree to adhere to any and all COVID-19 or other health and safety guidelines put forth by the organizers, venue, or government authorities. You confirm that you will not attend the Workshop if you are experiencing symptoms of illness, have recently tested positive for COVID-19, or have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with an infectious disease.

10. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

11. Media Release:

By attending the Workshop, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by the organizers. These materials may be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify the organizers in writing before the event begins.

12. Intellectual Property: 

All content provided during the Workshop, including but not limited to guided meditations, yoga sequences, sound bath techniques, and any written materials, are the intellectual property of the organizers and instructors. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

 

13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the services constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

14. Redeemable value:

The Experiences in any offering is not directly quantifiable as we are dealing with the subject of the spirit and the mind. The experience and resulting value received may vary form person to person depending on their conditions that are beyond the control/influence of the organizers of  these events and our associate practitioners.

 

15. Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and considerate attitude towards instructors, fellow participants, and the venue staff. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Workshop without a refund.

 

16. Governing Law:

 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  Bangalore, Karnataka. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Workshop shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of  Bangalore.
